Dagger Tools for Delta Force 2, V1.06.15

Problem:

    When install one of the dagger tools, you may receive the following error message:

                Cannot find the file 'MSIEXEC' (or one of its components) make sure
                the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries
                are available.

Possible Cause:

    The Microsoft Windows Installer engine need to be updated or it may be corrupted.

Solution:

    1.  Open a command prompt window, and run the following command:

                msiexec /unregister

    2.  Delete or Rename the following files from your Windows system folder:

                Msi.dll
                Msiexec.exe
                Msihnd.dll

    3.  Restart Windows

    4.  Run the installation of Dagger Tool program

    On Microsoft Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, these files are protected.
    If you can not delete or rename one of these files, you need to log in Safe Mode to delete them.
